New lease contract for redevelopment project in St. Olavs plass 5 in Oslo

Entra has signed a new lease contract with Geelmuyden Kiese for 1,120 sqm in St.

Olavs plass 5 in Oslo. The lease contract has a duration of seven years,

starting from Q3 2022.

St Olavs plass 5 is a 16,500 sqm office property under redevelopment which will

be completed in Q3 2022. The property is now 67 % pre-let.
