Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 2 June 2021 regarding the registration of new shares in connection with a Private Placement of new shares of Carasent ASA.

Following the registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the Private Placement, the shareholding of Swedbank Försäkring AB, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swedbank AB (publ), is reduced below 5% of the outstanding shares and votes. Following the share capital increase, the holding of Swedbank Försäkring AB as well as the consolidated holding of Swedbank AB is 4.695% of outstanding shares and votes. This percentage is based on the current shareholding of 3,100,768. The holding consists of placements in capital insurance (Swedish: kapitalförsäkring) for the customers’ accounts.
