Carasent ASA: New share capital registered
Reference is made to previous announcement on May 25, concerning the acqusition of Metodika AB. The new share capital related to this transaction is now registered in the Entreprise Register.
Following this, the registered share capital is NOK 88.751.726,02 divided into 66.630.425 shares at par value NOK 1,332.
The new shares totaling 588.235 shares will be issued on a seperate ISIN and are not tradeable until the Prospectus is approved by the Norwegian Finanstilsynet.
