Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) on 7 June 2021 regarding the resolved share capital increase in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in the Danish company MarketingPlatform ApS.

The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of LINK is NOK 1,377,742.875 comprising 275,548,575 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
