Quantafuel ASA | Mandatory notification of trades

As part of the Share Option Program in Quantafuel ASA (“Quantafuel”), the following two primary insiders have been granted new options.

Ann-Christin Andersen, Chairperson in Quantafuel, has today been granted 90,000 options in Quantafuel with expiry date 10.06.2025. After the award, Andersen and affiliates holds 5,000 shares and 170,000 options in Quantafuel.

Margrethe Smith, Board member in Quantafuel, has today been granted 30,000 options in Quantafuel with expiry date 10.06.2025. After the award, Smith holds 30,000 options in Quantafuel.

As part of the Share Option Program in Quantafuel, the following three primary insiders have been granted extensions to their existing options as the options otherwise would soon expire. These options were originally granted 18 October 2018 and 15 March 2019.

Oscar Spieler, Deputy Chairperson in Quantafuel, has today been granted an extension to his 1,400,000 options in Quantafuel with new expiry date 10.06.2024. After the award, Spieler and affiliates holds 1,583,600 shares and 1,400,000 options in Quantafuel.

Thorleif Enger, Board member in Quantafuel, has today been granted an extension to his 80,000 options in Quantafuel with new expiry date 10.06.2024. After the award, Enger and affiliates holds 120,800 shares and 80,000 options in Quantafuel.

Kjetil Bøhn, CEO in Quantafuel, has today been granted an extension to his 300,000 options in Quantafuel with new expiry date 10.06.2024. After the award, Bøhn and affiliates holds 3,657,050 shares and 600,000 options in Quantafuel.
