On 07th June 2021 trytwo AB, a company closely associated to and 100% owned by PDMR Mikael Hammarin, has placed its shares in endowment insurance with Nordnet with trytwo AB as the beneficiary. The number of ECIT shares transferred is 2,243,981 at a price NOK 8.12 per share.

After the transaction Mikael Hammarin’s total number of shares including the shares owned by his closely associated persons remains unchanged.
