LINK Mobility: Request for a written bondholders’ resolution

LINK Mobility (LINK) has today instructed Nordic Trustee AS, as trustee for its senior unsecured bond issue with ISIN NO0010911506 (the “Bond Issue”), to send a notice of written resolution. The purpose of the request for a written bondholders’ resolution is to consider a proposal for (i) a temporary waiver of the leverage ratio in the incurrence test for new financial indebtedness not to exceed 5.1x and (ii) a permanent increase of the maximum issue amount to EUR 370 million (the “Proposal”).

The request for a written bondholders’ resolution, including details on the Proposal, is attached to this release.
