Castellum Aktiebolag (publ) (“Castellum”) has on June 14, 2021 acquired 14,947,109 shares in Entra ASA (“Entra”). Following the acquisition, Castellum holds 33,172,109 shares, corresponding to approximately 18,2% of the shares and votes in Entra.
