Oslo Børs – Resolution of transfer of listing from Euronext Growth to Oslo Børs – Aker Carbon Capture ASA

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares in Aker Carbon Capture ASA to listing on Oslo Børs.

Exemption was granted from the requirement that a listed company must have been in existence for at least three years, cf. section Oslo Rule Book II for Oslo Børs and Euronext Expand, section 3.1.3.2. The exemption was granted because the company's business has been in existence for the required time, but has been carried out by different legal entities.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading satisfies the other admission requirements for Oslo Børs.

The President and CEO of Oslo Stock Exchange determines the first day of listing, no later than 15th August 2021.
