Oslo Børs approves DNB Bank ASA for admission to trading on Oslo Børs

Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares in DNB Bank ASA to trading on Oslo Børs.

This stipulates the completion of an intra-group merger, with DNB Bank ASA as the surviving company, and that the other listing requirements are satisfied prior to the first day of trading. The president and CEO of Oslo Børs determines the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 22 August 2021.

DNB Bank ASA is a wholly owned subsidiary of DNB ASA, which is currently listed on Oslo Børs.
