Reference is made to the announcement by Sundahl ApS, owned by primary insider Søren Sundahl, board observer at LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK), on 24 June 2021.

In addition to the transactions mentioned therein, Sundahl ApS has received, as distribution in-kind, a total of 13,042 shares in LINK in connection with the liquidation of LINK ESOT AS, a former co-investment company for LINK's employees. The liquidation of LINK ESOT AS was completed on 22 June 2021.

Following the above transactions, Søren Sundahl controls 9,039,243 shares in LINK.
