Pexip Holding ASA - Share Buyback Completed

Oslo, June 29, 2021: In reference to the buyback program announced May 31, 2021,

Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "the Company") has purchased 1,182,950 of its own

shares under the entire program, and has now completed the program. The shares

were purchased at an average price of NOK 74.39 per share.

Following the transactions, Pexip owns 1,198,020 of its own shares,

corresponding to 1.15% of the Company's share capital.

An overview of all transactions made under the buyback program that have been

carried out is attached.

This is information made public by the Company pursuant to the EU Market Abuse

Regulation and subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Section 5-12

the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
