BEWI - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by BEWI ASA on 7 July 2021

regarding the closing of BEWI ASA's acquisition of the listed Polish company

IZOBLOK Spólka Akcyjna.

In connection with completion of the transaction, BEWI completed a private

placement directed towards the majority seller in the transaction, in which

1,132,792 new shares were issues. The share capital increase pertaining to the

issuance of new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises.

The new registered share capital is NOK 156,610,804, divided into 156,610,804

shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
