On 14th July 2021 LITU AS, a company closely associated to PDMR Lars Inge Tordal, acquired 83,103 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 8.00 per share. After the transaction Lars Inge Tordal’s total number of shares including the shares owned by his closely associated company is 4,261,491 shares.

On 14th July 2021 Sewell AS, a company closely associated to PDMR Halvor Sewell Aspaas acquired 625,000 shares in ECIT AS at a price NOK 8.00 per share. After the transaction Halvor Sewell Aspaas’ total number of shares including the shares owned by his closely associated company is 3,635,198 shares.
