Self Storage Group ASA - Acquisition of property in Asker

(Oslo, July 15th 2021) Self Storage Group ASA (Self Storage Group, OSE: SSG) has

entered into an agreement to acquire a property in Billingstadsletta 91 in

Asker, Norway. Through the Eurobox transaction in 2019, SSG received the option

right to acquire this property at attractive terms. The transaction has a

property value of NOK 32.8 million, with an estimated lettable area of 3150

square meters. The transaction is expected to be closed during the 3rd quarter

of 2021 and the facility is projected to open during 2022.

The property has a central location at Billingstad in Asker. The location has a

significant catchment area and easy access from main roads. SSG already owns and

operates a neighboring property in Billingstadsletta 91. The new property will

be operated by OK Minilager, SSG´s discount-priced brand.

There is a growing demand for the services which SSG provides, as urbanization

and smaller living spaces cause an increasing need for external storage

solutions. We are pleased to announce this acquisition, which will strengthen

our market leading position in the Greater Oslo region. With this acquisition we

will also develop the largest facility in the OK Minilager portfolio" says
