Quantafuel ASA | Registration of loan conversion and share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel ASA on the 14th of July 2021 regarding the conversion by BASF of its EUR 10,000,000 convertible loan in Quantafuel ASA.

The conversion of the loan and the resulting share capital increase have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Accordingly, Quantafuel ASA's new share capital is as follows:

Share capital: NOK 1,489,218.47

Number of shares: 148,921,847

Par value of each share: NOK 0.01
