Amica Group has selected Zalaris to implement SAP SuccessFactors in Poland, Denmark and the UK

Today, Zalaris ASA announced the signing of a five-year agreement to deliver a

comprehensive cloud-based, SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules in

Poland, Denmark and the UK to Amica Group - a Polish market leader in the

production of household appliances and a leading manufacturer in Europe.

Zalaris has started the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors system which

covers a total of 3,170 users across Poland, Denmark and the UK. The project

goal is to implement an IT solution, supporting strategic HR process management

in the following areas: Employee Development, Training Management, Employee

Assessment, Employee Self-Service.

Through this implementation, quality, effectiveness, commonality, usability and

standardization of employee lifecycle management shall be significantly

improved. As a result, time and cost savings, as well as profit gains through

increased employee engagement will also be incurred.

The scope of the project covers all SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules

and will be delivered, starting from 2021.
