KMC Properties ASA - mandatory notification of trade and flagging announcement

Kristoffer Formo has on 26 July 2021 bought 3,367,935 shares at an average price of NOK 7.00 per share, through his wholly owned company Formo AS. 2,727,935 of these shares have been purchased from Surfside Holding AS, with the date for settlement and transfer of shares set to 1 October 2021. Please see the attached notifications in accordance with MAR article 19. After the closing of these transactions Kristoffer Formo will own a total of 3,580,957 shares in KMC Properties ASA. Kristoffer Formo is Head of M&A and primary insider of KMC Properties ASA.

EBE Eiendom AS has on 26 July 2021 bought 10,000,000 shares from Surfside Holding AS at an average price of NOK 7.00 per share. The date for settlement and transfer of shares is set to 1 October 2021. Please see the attached notification in accordance with MAR article 19. After the closing of this transaction EBE Eiendom AS will own a total of 110,038,320 shares in KMC Properties ASA. EBE Eiendom AS is a closely related party of Stig Wærnes, board member and primary insider of KMC Properties ASA.

Surfside Holding AS has on 26 July 2021 sold 12,727,935 shares at an average price of NOK 7.00 per share, thereby passing the flagging threshold of 5%. The date for settlement and transfer of shares is set to 1 October 2021. Please see the attached notification in accordance with MAR article 19. After the closing of these transactions Surfside Holding AS will own a total of 10,000,000 shares in KMC Properties ASA. Surfside Holding AS is a closely related party of Morten E. Astrup, board member and primary insider of KMC Properties ASA.
