Reference is made to previous announcement on July 22, 2021, concerning the completed private placement of NOK 420 million directed towards Vitruvian Partners.
The new share capital related to this placement is now registered in the Entreprise Register.
Following this, the registered share capital is NOK 104.718.852,32 divided into 78.617.757 shares at par value NOK 1,332. The new shares totaling 11.987.332 shares will be issued on a seperate ISIN and are not tradeable until the Prospectus is approved by the Norwegian Finanstilsynet.
