Postponement of share buyback

Reference is made to the stock exchange release yesterday regarding a share

buyback offer. In order to allow for inclusion of AdColony and Bemobi financials

in Otello's 2021 Half-year report due to be published on 27 August 2021, the

Board of Directors (the "Board") has decided to cancel the buy back offer and

postpone this to after 27 August. The Board intends to commence the buyback as

soon as possible after Otello's Half-year report.
