As of 5 th August 2021, Melqart Opportunities Master Fund Ltd.’s (the “Fund”) holding in Otello Corporation ASA exceeded 5% of voting rights and issued share capital. The Fund holds 6,385,387 shares of Common Stock (NOK 0.02) which represents 5.12% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
The obligation to disclose was triggered by a passive crossing of the 5% threshold following the Company’s reduction of share capital by cancellation of 13,727,702 treasury shares.
Melqart Asset Management (UK) Ltd acts as Investment Manager for the Fund with full investment and voting discretion.
