Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made public by Astrocast SA ("Astrocast") on 3 August 2021 at 13:31 (CEST) regarding resolution for admission to trading. The date of the first day of trading referred to in the stock exchange announcement made public by Astrocast 5 August 2021 at 13:33 (CEST) is delayed for facilitating settlement and delivery of new shares to all investors.
Astrocast expects to revert with further information regarding the first day of trading upon completion of settlement. The Oslo Stock Exchange has resolved that the first day of trading must be within 1 October 2021 at the latest.
