Veidekke has been commissioned by Terrester AB to build the Spitfire
neighbourhood, comprising two residential buildings with altogether 75 flats and
five semidetached homes, in Amhult in Torslanda near Gothenburg. The design-and
-build contract is valued at approx. SEK 135 million and the project is
scheduled for completion in the spring of 2023.
"Veidekke has built several outstanding projects in Gothenburg and is a
contractor in whom we have great confidence. We look forward to a rewarding and
fulfilling collaboration," says Maria Nord Loft, CEO of Amhult 2.

The Spitfire neighbourhood will offer everything from small, space-efficient
studio flats to four-room flats and semidetached homes with separate entrances.
All flats have either a patio or a balcony, and the residents can also enjoy
their own green courtyard. From the central location in Amhult, residents will
have easy access to shops and communications.
