SSG - Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the stock exchange notification on 24 August 2021 from Self

Storage Group ASA (the "Company") regarding a private placement of NOK

10,350,000 new shares (the "New Shares") in the Company (the "Private

Placement") at a subscription price of NOK 29 per share. Centerbridge Partners

L.P has been allocated 3,620,000 new shares in the Private Placement. After

completion of the Private Placement, Centerbridge Partners L.P will hold

24,557,078 shares in the Company, which, after issue and registration of the New

Shares, will represent approximately 25.94% of the total issued and outstanding

shares in the Company.
