Vatne Equity AS, a closely related party of Runar Vatne, Board Member of Gentian Diagnostics ASA, has today purchased 100,000 shares in Gentian Diagnostics ASA at a price of NOK 67.2174 per share. After the transaction Vatne Equity AS and closely related parties of Runar Vatne owns 2,337,224 shares Gentian Diagnostics ASA corresponding to 15.17% of the outstanding shares and voting rights.
