Bjørn Gisle Grønlie, Chairman of Carbon Transition ASA, has purchased 134 000 shares in Carbon Transition ASA (“CARBN”) today 31 August 2021 at an average price of NOK 1,498 per share.

Following this acquisition, Mr. Grønlie controls 134 000 shares in Carbon Transition ASA, which equals 0.06 percent of the issued shares and votes in the company.
