The Datum Group has reallocated its shareholdings in Kahoot! ASA:

Datum Opportunity AS has today, 10 September 2021, sold 28 000 000 shares in Kahoot! ASA to Datum AS.

Both Datum Opportunity AS and Datum AS are owned 100% by Jan Haudemann-Andersen.

Following the transaction, Datum Opportunity AS holds no shares in Kahoot! ASA and its ownership is reduced from 5.9% to 0 % and Datum AS holds 28 000 000 shares in Kahoot! ASA representing 5.9% of the total outstanding shares and voting rights in Kahoot! ASA.

The Datum Group total holding of shares in Kahooot! ASA are unchanged after the transaction mentioned above and represent a total of 40 130 865 shares in Kahoot! ASA (equivalent to 8.4%) after the above transactions.
