SA (1 Cours Michelet CS 30051 Paris-La-Defense, 92076 France), Allianz France SA (1 Cours Michelet CS 30051 Paris-La-Defense, 92076 France), Allianz Holding France SAS (1 Cours Michelet CS 30051 Paris-La-Defense, 92076 France), Allianz Argos 14 GmbH (Königinstrasse 28, 80802 Munich Germany) and Allianz SE (Königinstrasse 28, 80802 Munich Germany) have crossed at that date the 5 % threshold and voting rights for 2,050,000 KID ASA shares which corresponds to 5.04% are owned by Allianz I.A.R.D. SA. Allianz I.A.R.D. SA is a direct subsidiary of Allianz France SA which is a direct subsidiary of Allianz Holding France SAS. Allianz Holding France SAS is a direct subsidiary of Allianz Argos 14 GmbH which is a direct subsidiary of Allianz SE.
