Atlantic Sapphire ASA: Share Capital Increase Registered

Miami, FL, September 26, 2021

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on September 7, 2021 regarding an exercise of 35,000 share options by option holders in Atlantic Sapphire ASA and a corresponding resolution by the Board of Directors to issue new shares.

The share capital increase relating to the option exercise has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 3,500 through issuance of 35,000 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10. The new registered share capital is NOK 9,104,855.10 divided by 91,048,551 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10.
