Nordic Unmanned awarded frame agreement with railway infrastructure owner Bane NOR

Nordic Unmanned has received an award letter for a 4-year framework contract for

the entire rail infrastructure in Norway from Bane NOR. The scope of the

framework contract covers observations and measurements, reporting of results,

post-processing and analysis related to the rail infrastructure, in order to

assist technical staff and management to identify measures or actions to be

taken.

4-year contract

As incumbent supplier to Bane NOR since 2016, Nordic Unmanned expects a revenue

of minimum NOK 30 million over the duration of this contract, due to increase in

scope and geographical area compared to previous contract. The length of the

contract is 2 years, with the possibility of a 1+1-year extension, making the

total contract duration 4 years, as previous contract. The value of the contract

is based on call-offs from the customer. According to Norwegian public

procurement regulations there is a 10-day grace period before signature.
