Skaulen AS has today entered into a forward contract with underlying exposure to

281,690 shares in Nordic Unmanned AS. The new contract expires 24th of February

2022 at a strike price of NOK 36.064 per share.

Skaulen AS is directly owned by Knut Roar Wiig, CEO of Nordic Unmanned.

Following the transaction, Knut Roar Wiig (CEO,) directly and indirectly holds

2,511,935 shares, 315,000 share options, and forward contracts for 281,690

shares in Nordic Unmanned AS.
