KMC PROPERTIES ASA – Mandatory notification

KMC Properties ASA has today received a notification from EBE Eiendom AS and KMC Family AS, companies closely associated with board member Stig Wærnes, that (i) KMC Familiy AS has acquired 1,428,571 shares in KMC Properties ASA from a third party, and (ii) subsequently transferred the same shares in an intra-group transfer to EBE Eiendom AS.
