BerGenBio ASA: Share capital increase

Bergen, Norway, 4 October 2021 - Reference is made to the stock exchange notice

published by BerGenBio ASA (the "Company") (OSE: BGBIO) on 30 September 2021

where the Company announced that the board of directors of the Company had

resolved to increase the Company's share capital in connection with the exercise

of options pursuant to the Company's share option program. A total of 137,500

options were exercised and 137,500 new shares were issued at an average

subscription price of NOK 16.01 per share.

The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises. Following such registration, the Company's share capital

is NOK 8,838,525.50 divided into 88,385,255 shares, each with a nominal value of

NOK 0.10.
