Accounting history as related to new segment structure

Accounting history as related to new segment structure

Earlier this year, Veidekke announced its decision to split the group's Swedish

operations into the two units Construction Sweden and Infrastructure Sweden. The

change is part of Veidekke's strategy as a streamlined contractor and ensures an

efficient organisation with a focus on operations and a shorter distance from

management to projects. The two operational  areas are headed by Charlotta

Nilsén and Marcus C Nilsson - both part of Veidekke's group management team.

As a result of the organisational change, Veidekke will change the group's

segment reporting and, from the third quarter 2021 forward, information about

the group's Swedish operations will be reported as Construction Sweden and

Infrastructure Sweden, respectively.

An overview of main items in the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and

order backlog in accordance with the new segment structure is attached to this

report.

Veidekke will report third quarter results on 11 November 2021.
