Bergen Carbon Solutions: Update on LOI with Japanese company

(Bergen, 21. October 2021) Bergen Carbon Solutions AS (BCS, OSE:BCS) today announces that technical tests under the 29 April 2021 Letter Of Intent (LOI) with a Japanese company is finished and the result are satisfactory and opens for further negotiation.

“We have been working closely with our Japanese partner since the LOI where signed and the test results are now ready and they where satisfactory. We are negotiating a EcoNano supply agreement and the potential completion of the commercial terms, “ says Jan B. Sagmo, CEO of Bergen Carbon Solutions.

Reference is made to the press release 9 May 2021 regarding Bergen Carbon Solutions’ LOI with a Japanese company aiming at establishing Bergen Carbon Solutions as one of the main suppliers of carbon-nanofibers (EcoNano) for the production of the company’s composite materials.
