AdColony payment

Reference is made to the announcement on August 30, 2021 regarding the

settlement of AdColony earnout. The second installment of $100 million has been

received by Otello today. The final payment of the already fixed earn-out amount

of $204.5 million is scheduled for January 15, 2022.
