Havila Kystruten AS has taken delivery of Havila Capella

Havila Kystruten has today taken delivery of Havila Capella from Tersan shipyard in Turkey. Havila Capella is registered in the Norwegian Ordinary Ship Register (NOR) with Norwegian flag and the ship's crew now operates Havila Capella.

Havila Capella will over the next few days go through some preparatory activities before setting sail to Norway. The voyage to Norway is expected to last for 12 days. During the voyage and after the ship arrives in Bergen, ship and crew will go through all necessary activities to be prepared to receive passenger on the 1st of December for the ships first departure under the governmental contract.

Havila Kystruten is happy to have reached this milestone and is looking forward to now starting the commercial operations.

The company and the crew is looking forward with great pleasure to wish passengers welcome onboard to the first of four newbuilds that over the next years will provide local and foreign travellers a first-class environmentally friendly experience along the Norwegian coast.
