Brian Glover, member of the Board and primary insider in Ocean Sun AS has on the 10th and 11th of November 2021, through BKraft Holding AS, bought 8,000 shares in the company at a price of NOK 15.06 per share. Brian Glover owns 100% of the shares in BKraft Holding AS which, following this transaction, holds 376,000 shares in Ocean Sun AS.
