Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been

notified that these transactions have been completed today, November 12, 2021,

by primary insiders in Pexip:

Åsmund Fodstad, President Global Sales & Marketing, has today, November 12,

2021, through Metrix Invest AS, controlled by Mr. Fodstad, bought 11,250 shares

at NOK 44.62 per share. After the transaction, Mr. Fodstad and Metrix Invest AS

will hold 751,775 shares and rights to 60,000 shares.

Kristoffer Yksnøy, Vice President Finance, has today, November 12, 2021, bought

5,000 shares at NOK 44.49 per share. After the transaction, Mr. Yksnøy will hold

10,000 shares and rights to 10,000 shares.
