Verdane SKULD 1 AS (“Verdane”) has today sold 9,810,958 shares in BEWi ASA, representing approx. 6.3% of the shares and votes in BEWi ASA. Following the completion of the transaction, Verdane will not hold any shares or votes in BEWi ASA.
