Reference is made to the notice issued on 15 November 2021, where Treasure ASA ("the Company") launched an offer to all shareholders to buy back up to 6 000 000 shares through a book building process with an offer price of up to NOK 15.70 per share.
Today, the Company has bought 6,000,000 shares at a price of NOK 15.70 per share.
Pursuant to the transaction, Treasure ASA holds 6,000,000 own shares.
