Oslo, 23 November 2021: An extraordinary general meeting of Webstep ASA was held today, 23 November 2021. The general meeting adopted the resolution proposed by the board of directors as set forth in the notice to the extraordinary general meeting. The minutes of the extraordinary general meeting are attached hereto.
