KL Special Opportunities Master Fund Ltd and KL UCITS ICAV – KL Event Driven UCITS Fund, which are investment funds managed by Kite Lake Capital Management (UK) LLP, together hold 17,674,611 shares in Otello Corporation ASA. As a result of a cancellation of treasury shares by Otello Corporation ASA, which was registered on 24 November 2021, those shares now represent 15.73% of the shares in the company (based on 112,299,727 outstanding shares). Their holding therefore exceeds 15% of the shares in the company as a result of the share cancellations. No shares are held by the funds in the form of rights to shares. The shares are held by custodians in accounts in the names of the funds.
