Oslo, 29 November 2021: An extraordinary general meeting will be held in Volue ASA (OSE: VOLUE)on 21 December 2021 at 15:00 CET. The notice to the extraordinary general meeting and appendices are enclosed and available at www.volue.com.

The extraordinary general meeting will be held as a video conference meeting. Shareholders who wish to attend by video conference are requested to send a notice of attendance to Volue ASA no later than 20 December at 12:00 CET by using the attendance form attached to the notice. Details for the video conference meeting will only be provided to shareholders who have given notice in advance.
