As a consequence, BioFish will issue a separate notice of an extraordinary general meeting where Awilco AS will be invited to join the Board of Directors of the Company. The two main shareholders of BioFish, Monaco Invest AS and Yme Fish AS, which combined represents 47.8 percent of the share capital, have both pre-committed to vote in favor of Awilco AS joining the Board.

The Company’s expansion project, which will be completed in steps, is on schedule and the project is planned to be fully completed by summer 2022. Once finalized, Biofish can rapidly increase its annual production to 2,200 tons smolt per year”.
