Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel ASA on 26 November 2021 regarding the share capital increase carried out in connection with the exercise of options for 66,667 shares under Quantafuel's share option program.

The new share capital and number of shares have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
