Reference is made to announcements published on 13 October 2021 by Nordic

Unmanned AS (the "Company") regarding the successful completion of the private

placement directed towards employees and board members of the Company.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the 300,000 new shares

has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 26,288,984, divided on

26,288,984 shares with a nominal value of NOK 1.00 each.
