Well boat contract adds to Mintra ARR pipeline

Digital learning and human capital management software specialist Mintra has been awarded a NOK 850,000 contract for its crew management system, OCS HR. The SaaS agreement with a Norwegian well boat operator - a new customer for Mintra - will generate annual recurring revenues of NOK 365,000.

The contract is particularly significant as it means Mintra now has all major well boat operators in Norway on its client list. This is the latest in a number of recent wins and renewals for Mintra’s OCS HR, which is widely regarded as one of the most complete crew management systems on the market.

Mintra CEO Kevin Short said: “OCS HR is recognised in the maritime industry as a robust and effective solution, and this is underlined by an exceptionally high renewal rate. OCS HR customers remain with us for the long-term and this ongoing relationship provides us with a very healthy pipeline of annual recurring revenues.”
