Legal charges against individuals related to the Company
PetroNor (OSE ticker: “PNOR”), can confirm that the National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime in Norway (Økokrim) has this morning entered the premises of the Company in Oslo. From what the Company understands, the reason is criminal charges brought against individuals related to the Company. The Company has no reason to believe that there are any suspicions against the Company as such, and further information can only be given if and when available to the Company.
