Disclosure of Voting Rights in Shares
M&G Plc controls voting rights in less than 5% of shares in Prosafe SE as of 17th December 2021 based on the total number of shares/voting rights of 7,982,075,598.
The trigger for this notification is due to Prosafe's financial restructuring as announced on 17th December 2021. The new denominator of 7,982,075,598 has caused a dilution of M&G's holding, taking it below the initial 5% threshold.
All shares attributed to M&G Plc are managed by M&G Investment Management Limited.
